Multi-system for Collection of Revenues:
A customer may want to pay some of the bill in cash, some via his credit card , some with tickets and the rest in a foreign currency. You never need to worry because RESTO will organize it for you.
Foreign Currency Functions:
You can collect revenues in four different currencies. RESTO calculates the payment in local currency automatically. In addition you can arrange cash desks according to the currency.
Professional Delivery Management System :
RESTO can detect caller IDs and keep records of their orders. What is more, it keeps the information about customers’ previous calls and when a customer calls to give an order, the program displays all the information about that customer on the screen , which means that you can learn his or her personal information , previous orders, preferences, consuming habits, frequency of orders even before you answer the call. In this way, RESTO enables you to satisfy your customers with better, faster and professional delivery of their boxes.

Customer cards that are given to each customer are read after payments or at the end of shopping and the records are kept in the database. These records will provide you with very important information on how often a customer comes , which products are his/her favorite, how much bonus he or she has gathered ( if you have this practice) and so on. You can make the necessary arrangement to let your customers spend their bonus in an office or shop when they would like to. Depending on your desire, you can send e-mails or SMS messages to celebrate your customers’ on their special days or to make them aware of your new products, ads, promotions, etc.
Full Compatibility with ERP Sofwares:
RESTO, being compatible with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs, can reach the central database online and take actions about customers, products or progress tables. Depending on the will of the user, this communication can be one way or both ways. In one way system, operations about product cards and customer cards are in the center and progress tables are in offices ; and in both ways system progress tables can be in the center, too . RESTO can work consistently as an original part of central ERP software. The system has the ability to work offline in case of communication cuts. In this module, another supported aspect is ERP solutions : LOGO, NETSIS and MIKRO.
Personnel Attendance Control Sysytem (PACS) :
RESTO can watch what time do your personnel come in and go out and how much time do they stay at work. For enterprises with many offices or shops , Resto can send this information to the center with the help of MYCELL module and you can keep records. These records can be based on offices, persons, days, months or between two specified dates.
Supplies and Needs Planning (SNP) :
How much do you have in the stock ? When are your supplies order coming? What are probable numbers of sales till that time and after they arrive? How long are the shelf lives those of coming supplies ? you can manage these all with RESTO’s support module. ( This module can be adapted according to to the needs of the enterprise. )
Production - Costs Control - Total Costs:
Resto has 3 dimentional cost control system. That is, you can conrol produşe, cts’ costs out of semi-processed products’ costscriptions. It is easy, advanced, flexible and feasible. You can also calculate costs of extras with RESTO. So, you do not need to define prices to different versions of a main product one by one. For example, you do not need to define different prices for one , double portion or with mushrooms versions of a product.
Extras:
In RESTO, you can define prices for dips and sauces which saves you from defining long lists of products that are different versions of the one main product. For example, a 10 $ omelette is 9 $ without mushrooms, and 11 $ with sausage. RESTO can calculate it automatically.
Online Two-way integration with electronic scales:
RESTO can organize everything in details in enterprises that sell weighed products. When multiple products have been weighed, results come to Resto immediately. Later, sale is ended in a fast and easy way without any need of reading another barcode for every weighing.
Printer Management:
In RESTO, kitchen, cash desk , bills and receits can be printed in different languages from each other. For example, let’s suppose that kitchen crew are Italian, cashier is Turkish and customers are British. Orders are printed in the kitchen in Italian, at the cash desk in Turkish and customers will read their bills in English. All these confusing job is done by RESTO for you. The only thing that you need to do is to make the necessary adjustments and choices.
Half, One, Double Portion:
In RESTO, you can calculate the price of half, one and a half or double portions without defining different prices in the system. RESTO can calculate that automatically. You can also calculate costs of these products proportionally.
Independent Table Number System:
In this system, positions of customers’ tables are not stable. There are table cards that signifies each table. Whichever table a customer moves , his card goes there. Therefore, table number goes with him. In the end, that table card is read to the system and the bill is taken.
The Nearest Printer to the Table:
In large places like multy-storey enterprises table information or orders might sometimes need to be printed again. If this module is used, when orders or bills are printed , secondary copies are produced by the nearest printer to the tables as informative duplicates.
Products:
RESTO can recognize up to 1000 products and 900 extras. You can appoint related extras to related products. (In this way , waiter and chef do not need to talk in person and this brings about a ten times faster service. )
Deactivating:
When you run out of supplies for a product or somehow you want to stop selling a product , you just mark that product in the system and stop selling it .
Daily menus with Special Menu System:
This module has been built up for enterprises that change their menus daily. Menu is selected for that day and terminals and PDA vehicles can use only that menu. In addition, with this module a secondary menu can be arranged. While the regular menu is in use, you can have other menus for different places.
On the Same Plate System:
More than one product can be assembled on the same plate to please special orders of your customers.
Priority System:
In RESTO, you can appoint priorities to orders. Which order will come when? Which one is to start to be cooked? Which one is coming after? These details can be sent to kitchen without any problems.
Products Whose Prices will be Ascertained Later :
This type of products’ (like fish) prices are made clear after being put on the scales. If there is an order of this type among other products, for this product only a barcode is printed and according to the weight the price is automatically calculated and added to the bill of that table.
Different Prices and Privileges:
You can sell certain products for different prices between certain hours. Moreover, you can give privileges to certain customers , customer cards, halls, tables or users of your choice. These privileges may be standard prices or standard percentages of discounts or raise.
